To get to Jezzine you will have to drive from Beirut, heading south until Saida and when you arrive to Saida you will have to ask for the road which takes you left up the mountain to Jezzine area! To get to Marjayoun and Hasbaya you have to drive from Saida to Zahrani then heading left toward sNabatieh and then Litani in order to reach Marjayoun area! May be it will be a good idea to have someone who knows these villages or a guide...if you need anything please contact me on 01-977 352... take care :)

hi. thank you for this post. it was so useful for me, especially one comment on how to reach Jezzine from beirut.. i am travelling to lebanon next week. some people warn me of going there after the elections.. i say lebanon is too beautiful to waste in fear ! :)
so as a first time visitor to the south, is it easy to reach jezzine from Saida ? i mean is the road straight forward from there? or do i have to go into saida to find the way to jezzine?
