yep, if you like all your food to taste like a trashy pizza im not recommend another place, just try anybody else
you're quite right... it does taste like a trashy pizza... if you don't know the secret method of consumption :)
try ordering it, 'min el forn' (straight from the oven).
Aswad, up the road, next to Guiroette, has by far tastier cheese manakeshe. A`bit more expensive but well worth it. They also have better za3tar manakeshe.
he's known as Al 2armeed...
been around forever... he once had the best merry cream in lebanon, bas for some odd reason he went cheap and been going downhill since then.
I hear there is a place called afran mallat somewhere around mtaileb or so. They say he has the best cheese mankoushe. Anyone heard about it?

serious now..Best cheese mankoushe...hazmieh, john´s hut...very homemade, bas great...at the end, taste is a subjective thing...the best mankoushe´s just the one you really like.
