    Firstly, the fines are a perfect deterrant for people. Let me let you in on a little secret: THIS IS CALLED BLIND JUSTICE!!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lady justice is a perfect dipiction; she wears a &quot;blindfold which represents objectivity, in that justice is (or should be) meted out objectively, without fear or favour, regardless of identity, money, power, or weakness; blind justice and blind impartiality.).&quot;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
It&#039;s about time that the Lebanese people abide with the laws and not use connections to get out of their own trouble. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I advise you to respect that justice, and avoid the fines, not work for them.
