Mashrou' Leila, Beirut's favorite indie music septet, released their second music video for "Fasateen," a wistful ballad that takes on the institution of marriage. The video, directed by Diane Farah and Jowe Harfouche, depicts the band members deconstructing nuptial symbols and defying the pressure of romantic relationships. The video's set to be broadcast on Lebanese TV stations, and the band is slated to take the stage at the Byblos International Festival on July 9, 2010.
