على الرغم من الأوضاع السياسية المتأزمة في البلاد، يستمر الإقبال الخليجي على الاستثمار في العقارات في لبنان.
وفي هذا الإطار وافق مجلس الوزراء في جلسته الأخيرة على مشاريع مراسيم ترمي الى الترخيص لأشخاص من
التابعية السعودية والكويتية والعراقية والإماراتية بالتملك في لبنان.
وعُرف من الذين وافق مجلس الوزراء على منحهم التراخيص:
الشيخ خالد بن سعود بن عبد الله الشبيلي سعودي (رومية المتن).
السيدة نشوة بنت محمد بن راجي الطبشي سعودية (منطقة عاليه القبة عرمون).
الشيخة العنود أحمد الجابر الصباح آويتية (منطقة فالوغا).
السيد محمد عقاب محمد الخطيب آويتي (فالوغا قضاء بعبدا).
عبد الله هوشان عبد الله الماجد آويتي (الشبانية).
خالد يوسف إبراهيم الناصر الهاجري آويتي (المنصورية قضاء المتن الشمالي).
أحمد خلفان خرباش عبد الله الخرباش إماراتي (فالوغا).
الأمير خالد بن سعد بن سعود بن ناصر آل سعود سعودي (فتقا آسروان).
فؤاد أحمد داوود عبد العزيز العيلاني آويتي (المتين قضاء المتن).
