this is the FIRST CURFEW in Lebanon since 1973
In 1973, the Lebanese Army imposed a Curfew after its Airstrikes on Burj el Barajneh and other Palestinian Camps - yes we had military airplanes then (Mirages). That was the last curfew, up until today's.

The Lebanese Army has imposed a Beirut-Wide curfew as of 8:30 PM tonight till 6 AM tomorrow.

Here's a breakdown of today's events:
- Shit hit the fan at the Beirut Arab University near the Cola area of Beirut
- Mustaqbal VS Amal within the University Campus (cannot confirm who started what)
- The clashes spread to neighboring areas
- Cars were burnt
- Snipers were dispatched to rooftops
- Molotov Cocktails were brewed and flung about
- Checkpoints manned by civilians stopped cars and IDed passengers
- 4 dead
- 100 injured
- Many army casualties
