AWWWW ...poor baby! He's so cute!!!! I hope you find his owners. He has a collar, so somebody loves him.
It greatly saddens me to see this...people, pets...we must keep telling people no matter what...people MUST learn depite the difficulty it takes to get peace into people's thick heads!!!!
