So we have laws in Lebanon after all...
As in traffic laws, marriage laws, inheritance laws, and the list goes on. There was never a doubt about the existence of these laws, but to most people, if not all but those who call themselves lawyers, they might as well have been written in Chinese. it's a Lebanese joke, u know, Chinese... yeah, so, On July 11 2005, the website: Lebanese Laws will come to life, to provide the masses with what I dubbed just 2 seconds ago, Judicial Enlightenment One of the many stages of enlightenment a people must experience before they are truly able to be citizens of their country, rather than minions to self-serving ideologies. English may not be the most eloquent language, but it is by far the most technically pervasive language in present time, hence the importance of providing a transcript of said laws in English, and through a medium that is uncenscored and uncontrolled (i.e. the Internet). Furthermore, to preserve the dissemination of this information, we will be mirroring the site "just in case".
