Heyyyyy... if the source had been better, perhaps I wouldn't have had to Over-Photoshop 'em.
Or, here's another perspective: Dramatization was necessary to convey the context - howling dry desert winds carrying red sand from the gulf beating down on contestants skiing on thawing-blue snow against a backdrop of partially clear skies. One day we'll be good enough to get all that on film without Photoshop :)
