was on my way to work when i stumbled on this beautiful sight... a smokestack peppering the fresh morning air.
this was just after city mall, on the way to beirut - near the medco oil tanks on the seaside route.
i am not an environmentalist or even an industrialist, but i cannot imagine anything that thick could be legal... could it?
is the government so inept that industrialists have started breaking the law so blatantly in broad daylight?
