Down in the Valley of Qanubinne there’s a Colombian hermit(same as saint Sharbel) he’s name is Padre Dario Escobar he came from Colombia he converted to Maronitism and he’s living alone down there with nothing ..he prays all day he’s a very interesting man if you have the opportunity to visit him
PS: sometimes he does not talk to visitors
you beat me to it... my next post on qannoubine (the rest of the trip) is about Dario, or rather our search for Dario... almost as fruitful as searching for Waldo on the last page. Stay tuned.
noted ... my family is very close to padre Dario we can visit him in Sept if you want
