well for history's sake, Alwan was there and saw the audacity of the occupying soldiers insist on paying with Shekels to which the waiter refused to accept. So Alwan calmly stood up shot the officer and calmly walked away...the rest is history just like the Wimpy's neighbor across the street, the Modca. Shame that there was no one protesting this closure like the Modca, I remember before Jack Jones opened there was a huge turnout of people in solidarity with the legendary cafe.
